Welcome! We are excited for you to enroll your child(ren) in our Parish School of Religion (PSR) program for the 2024-2025 year! To successfully register, please complete and submit the form below. If a blank does not apply to you, please respond with N/A.

Tuition/materials fee can be submitted via credit card on this page or by check to your parish office. Please complete and submit all registration materials and payments by Tuesday, August 20, 2024.

For each child that will be participating in PSR for the first time through our program, please plan to submit a copy of his/her baptismal certificate if the sacrament was NOT received at Ss. Robert & William or Saint John of the Cross.
