“My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God and act on it.” – Luke 8, 21
Confirmation preparation is generally done when one is in the eighth grade. It is the third and final Sacrament of Initiation. It is facilitated by the parish youth minister and is open to students in SS. Robert & William Catholic School and PSR. It generally starts in September and includes monthly meetings until the actual sacrament of confirmation is conferred, usually in May. Anyone who is older than eighth grade is generally prepared privately by one of the parish priests or staff members. They would be confirmed at the yearly parish celebration in May or at the cathedral on Pentecost.
